The Piano cometh, and it eerrr,, taketh away ?!... and I wish they would go away at the moment, you can't move from some Piano worrier clogging up the airwaves, and teli-waves at the moment... I blame Elton John (sorry). He created some of the most classic 70's Piano tinkler albums of the 70's, of-course what goes around come around, and we are delighted to announce the new Piano worrier revival. Mika's sold 10 records, and every Major Label is falling over itself to sign the latest Piano tinkler in the Hemisphere.... arriveth Richard Swift.. this guy is the drummer out of Frankie Goes to Hollywood isn't he ??? sorry, I don't wish to slate the chap, he is obviously trying hard, but this stuff is really dismal. I found it hard to find the tune, or anything of any inspiration... C'mon Elton, come back all is forgivveth...
Ozzy Osbourne on Jonathan Ross, I gotta say, although the song is You Really Got Me, by the Kinks (him of inventing the Heavy Metal Riff), Ozzy was excellent. Not really an Ozzy fan, but, it is just the right blend of Metal, Neu-Metal, Pop, Rock,....... Ozzy , The Band and producers have got it 'just right'. I can hear this on daytime Radio 2 and some late night Heavy Rock show. I do wish they'd stop using that Harmoniser / corrector (Focusright ?) thing on his voice live though. Well Done Ozzy !
